The rules for using Tellr24, in plain language.
This is a draft for the beta. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and will be replaced by the final terms before launch.
Using the service
Tellr24 is a day planner. You are responsible for the content you add and for keeping your sign-in details safe. Please don't use the service to break the law, to attack or overload it, or to store content you have no right to store.
Plans and billing
- Everyone gets a 14-day Pro trial with no card required. After it ends you move to the Free plan unless you subscribe.
- Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe and renews until you cancel. Prices may be shown with tax added.
- You can cancel at any time from the customer portal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- Free keeps your boards, capture and logging working; AI planning features stop.
AI suggestions
Plans, reasons and nudges are suggestions. You approve every change, and you are responsible for the decisions you make with them. Please check anything important before relying on it. Learn how work data is handled on the Trust page.
Your data
Your content stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export or delete it at any time from Settings.
Availability and changes
We aim for reliable service but can't promise it will always be available. We may improve or change features, and will give notice of material changes to these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is and our liability is limited. The final terms will set this out precisely.
