Privacy policy
What we collect, why we collect it, who processes it and how you stay in control.
This is a draft for the beta. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and the controller details and contact address will be added before launch. For a plain-language summary of how work data is handled, see the Trust page.
What we collect
- Account: your name, email address and sign-in method.
- Your planning data: boards, tasks, routines, people you wait on, interruptions you log and the plans and reports generated from them.
- Calendar busy times, if you connect a calendar. Never event titles or attendees.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We receive your plan and status, not your card number.
- Usage and errors: product events and error reports, with task text removed.
Why we use it
- To plan your day, replan when something comes up and produce your weekly report.
- To send the morning plan by push or email, if you ask for it.
- To run billing, keep the service secure and fix problems.
We rely on your agreement to provide the service you asked for, and on our legitimate interest in keeping it reliable and secure.
AI processing
Each board has a privacy mode that decides what, if anything, reaches an AI. In Private mode nothing does. Requests are sent from our servers through a provider configured for zero data retention, are not logged and are not used for model training.
Who processes your data
The providers we use, and what each handles, are listed under Subprocessors on the Trust page.
How long we keep it
Your planning data is kept until you delete it or close your account. Deleting your account removes your data from our systems; backups are overwritten on their normal cycle. Specific retention periods will be confirmed in the final policy.
Your rights
You can export your data or delete your account at any time from Settings. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to access, correct, restrict or object to our use of your data, and to complain to your data protection authority.

Contact details for privacy requests will be published here before launch.
